You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online. TimeTec Community Sdn Bhd teams will try their best to meet these estimates but cannot guarantee that such estimates must be met.

1. Delivery Fee: The company provides free shipping on all orders within Malaysia using local third party courier service. We reserves the right to update our shipping policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.

2. Missed Delivery: The company will make a maximum of three delivery attempts to deliver your order. If we fail to reach you at your specified shipping address, our delivery provider will leave you a message or give you a call. A re-delivery will be attempted on the next consecutive working day. For goods purchased that installation service is purchased together, installer will contact purchaser to make appointment for the installation within 3 working days.

3. Delivery duration: Once full payment has been made and you have received the order confirmation, goods purchased will be delivered in 3 working days for in-stock good or 30 working days for pre-order goods.

4. If you have not received the good(s) purchased within the estimated delivery time specified in the dispatch confirmation, you should contact us via our website or by email or by telephoning us, please find contact information HERE.

5. Orders can be delivered only in Malaysia (East and West Malaysia). We don`t support cross border delivery.
